Man's Pride Is His Downfall...Check This Out!

I believe the worst sin in the world is PRIDE.

Pride is the reason why people reject the Word of God. This is because everyone believes in something and you reject the Word of God because you feel that what you believe in is better.

Pride is the reason for SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS, which is actually a first class ticket to hell.
Pride may be the reason u are not asking/receiving God's forgiveness even though the Bible said that HIS MERCIES R NEW EVERY MORNING.

Most of the people that sinned and were punished in the Bible did not ask God for forgiveness..e.g., Adam & Eve, Judas Iscariot, the Pharisees and Sadducees.

Research on the word Pride and see why God resists the proud but gives more grace to the humble..James 4:6.

Lord, pls remove every shred of pride in me, thank You for teaching me how to continually humble myself before you in Jesus name...Amen.

Important News.

As we celebrate Christmas, remember to reflect on Jesus.
Christmas is nothing to you if you are not born-again.
I pray that everyone that says 'Merry Christmas' will be in heaven when they pass on...
'Cos it makes no sense to celebrate what you don't know.
Christmas is about Jesus & You, receiving and confessing Him as the Lord of your life...now that's Christmas.

The Mind.

Mind is very powerful, it regulates your life.
Your Mind determines if you will have an easy or hard life.
The Mind is where you fight the Battles of Life.
If you win in your Mind, you already have won.
The battle of the Mind is for everyone including born again Christians.
You must renew your Mind by changing the way you think.
The only way to renew your Mind is by meditating on the Word of God day and night.
God will give you perfect peace if your heart (Mind) is stayed on Him.
Guard your heart (Mind) with all carefulness, alertness, diligence, for the issues of your life comes out of it.....

The Power Of The Mind!

The Bible says in Proverbs 4 Verse 23 NLT, "Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life."
 
Your life is regulated by your thoughts! You are what you think, this is because what you think will eventually become what you say and what you say is exactly what you get.  
Proverb 18 Verse 21, "The Tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences."

No wonder our Lord Jesus said in Matthew 12 verse 37, "For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."

Remember, "finally brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue and there be any praise, think on these things"... Philippians 4 verse 8.

The Only Way.

I really need to apologize for my huge absence on this blog..I have been occupied and to whoever was expecting more here, please accept my sincere apologies.

Well, it's no news that there's so much evil in the world today, it seems like more people are trying to outdo others in crime. Killing rampage...even to the point of killing kids and yet most people are still wondering why such and such is happening. The Bible says in Matthew Chapter 24 verse 11-12, "And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And the because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold."   

The only safe place is in Christ Jesus and you better believe it. Your money, fame, work, gun, investments, family, drugs etc will not save you. All you need is Jesus Christ. Put your trust in Him, believe in His Word, Study the Bible and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you.  Being Born-Again should not be a cliche to you anymore...don't let the devil deceive you either...look for Jesus now that you can find Him and make Him the Lord of your life.  That is the only way for you to be saved.  For more details on how to be saved, please click here.

It's A Spiritual Thing.

There are some stories in the Bible that really does not make sense to the ordinary man. For example, Israel was at war with the people of Amalek..Moses was the Israeli leader, So in Exodus chapter 17 verse 11, the Bible said,  "Whenever Moses held up his hand, Israel would start winning the battle. Whenever Moses lowered his hand, Amalek would start winning."  

It seems like Moses putting up and lowering his hand directed how the war would be.  So does this make sense? To the nonspiritual man, No.  But to the spiritual man Yes. 

There's something about raising your hands in worship to God. You release the power of God by that simple act. It might be all you need to do to get your miracle. Never feel to big to raise your hands in worship to God, forget about the people around you and praise Him like you just don't care. But many people find it too difficult to raise their hands in worship, some even feel to big to do that.  1st Corinthians chapter 2 verse 14 says, "But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned."

The Staying Power....'And The Violent Ones Take It By Force!'

Jesus said in Matthew chapter 11 verse 12,  "And from the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent ones take it by force."

Some Christians give up too soon. With a little pressure from the devil, they give up thinking that God has abandoned them.  This reminds me of the Israelites (in the book of Exodus), they saw how God delivered them from Pharaoh and the Egyptians with a mighty hand, they just witnessed Moses part the Red Sea, saw the same sea swallow the Egyptian Army.  Despite all these miracles, they lamented, cried and wanted to kill Moses because they felt God abandoned them. 

As a Child of God, never give up, No Matter What You Are Going Through!  You must learn to have a staying power.  It is a faith-thing.  Don't change your confession, continue praying and praising God, calling forth what you need as though you have it already.  Never consider the negative picture the devil puts in front of you. Stay in the Word of God and have a positive mindset.  Make up your mind never to give up. It's called the fight of faith. Make sure at the end of it all, you are the only one standing...never let the devil win for you are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. Believe.

Why Jesus?

My dear, knowing who you are and who Jesus is will make you know how much you need Jesus in your life.  Question, who are you? Who is Jesus, I mean the Christ?

Are You A Christian Going Thru Some Negative Stuff? Here Are Some Reasons Why Bad Things May Happen To A Christian.

Hello God's people,

Greetings to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I trust that you are blessed and highly favored

Have you been listening/reading the news lately? So much evil in the world. "Wickedness is abounding and the love of many are waxing cold"...Mathew 24 v 12. People are getting killed in such gruesome manner all the time. Religious war claiming the lives of mostly innocent people. The economy in recession, kidnappers doing their thing. Armed robbers everywhere, rape, homosexual act now on rampage, young kids sexually molested, so much poverty, sickness, disease etc. Most people are wondering where God especially when good people also suffer. Fact is, bad things may also happen to a Christian.

You may be a Christian, go to church everyday, you try to be nice to people, you don't steal, you don't cheat, nor do you lie and in fact you turn the other cheek when you get slapped and all that. However, you find yourself going through some difficulties that make you wonder if God took a vacation on you. So let's review some of the reasons why a Christian may have some bad taste in his/her mouth.
Jesus said John 15 v 5, "I am the vine and you are the branches." We know that it is the branch that produces fruit. Since Jesus is the Vine and He is good, that means we the branches are also good and produce good fruit..Matthew 7 v 17. However, it is important to note that nobody throws stones at a fruitless tree. So as a Christian that produces good fruit, you will get attention. "You are the light that shines where there is much darkness"...Isaiah 60 v 1-2. Light draws attention, light attracts. So as a child of God, living in the light of His Word and producing good fruit, you are also visible to the enemy and he will try to find a way to attack you to pull you down.

As a good Christian, people depend on you, lives are touched by you and you are a source of blessing to your world. Of course satan will try to push you down because he cannot stand where there is love and kindness. The enemy will try to take you away from your destiny and purpose in life. He will try to put bitterness in your heart with all the negative things happening around you so you can change your confession and talk bad instead of good. I need you to understand that "God is good and every good and perfect gift comes from God"...James 1 v 17.

Another reason why bad things can happen to a Christian is from his/her confessions. Your life today is not far from your yesterday's confessions. What you say is exactly what you get. You can't talk bad and expect good, not even as a joke. Jesus said, "men will give account of every idle word spoken on judgement day for by your words, you are condemned, and by your words, you will be justified." Matthew 12 v 36-37. You must speak right, throw good words into your future. Direct your path to align with the Word of God.
You may say, 'well I hardly say anything bad, so how come I am going through so much pain and sorrow?' You may not have said anything bad, but did you say anything good? Do you know that when a piece of land is left bare that it will bring forth weed? You must speak the Word of God into your life! You have no choice, else you will get got..

Study and learn the Scripture and prophesy to your world, your life. Remember Joshua 1 v 8, "this book of the law shall not depart from YOUR MOUTH, but you shall meditate(mutter) on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it, for then YOU WILL MAKE YOUR WAY PROSPEROUS, and then YOU WILL HAVE A GOOD SUCCESS."
Notice, what it said, that the book shall not depart from your MOUTH, it did not say your heart, but your mouth..meaning you must speak it. You have to speak the Word of God into your life ALWAYS. Romans 10 v 10, "with the heart one believes unto righteousness, but with the MOUTH CONFESSION is made unto salvation."  Learn to prophesy to your world. God said that He will pour His Spirit upon all flesh so that your sons and daughters will prophesy..See Acts 2 v 17 and Joel 2 v 28. God said ALL flesh...meaning anybody and everybody.

Let me give you an example on how to prophesy. Try and say these next words..

'Heavenly Father, I thank You for the gift of eternal life. Thank You for lifting my feet from the miry clay and placing them upon a rock. Thank You for I am blessed with every spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. I decree in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, that no weapon fashioned against me shall prosper! I am moving forward and making progress in life because the my path is the path of righteous that shines brighter and brighter unto a perfect day. Thank You Lord for I am a partaker of divine nature, therefore sickness has no place in me for I am healed by the stripes of Jesus Christ! That same Spirit of God that raised up Christ Jesus from the dead, lives in me, giving life to my physical body. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I decree that no weapon fashioned against me shall prosper...Thank You Lord, for I am at the right place at the right time. No evil shall befall me, men and women are going out of their ways to favor me in the name of Jesus Christ! I am blessed!'

There are so many things you can say...and these words are from the Bible, and you must memorize them, store them in your spirit and speak them into your life continuously. Never measure your life with that of another person, no matter how much of a Christian they are, you do not know their fears and confessions when no one is watching.....You must refuse to fear. Fear will try to attack your mind always but Don't Give It Life! You give birth to fear when you voice it with your mouth. Instead of confessing your fears, you can say, 'I refuse to fear in Jesus name! Fear has no place in me "for God has not giving me the spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind." '...2nd Timothy 1 v. 7.

Finally, you must learn how to cast out devils using the name of Jesus! A lot times, demons are directly/indirectly responsible for the evils that happen in people's lives, be it sickness, poverty, depression, drug addiction, prostitution, any kind of evil...and you must cast them out.
Mark 16 v 17 Jesus Himself said, "and these signs will follow those that believe, IN MY NAME THEY WILL CAST OUT DEVILS..."  You as a Christian must use the name of Jesus and drive out the enemy from your life.
You can say, 'You devil of darkness responsible for this sickness, or even marital problems etc...I cast you out in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! I decree that you have no hold over me and my family! I overturn your powers around me in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! Loose your hold in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth!

Remember, you must believe that it is done. That is your faith. In addition, Jesus said in John 14 v 13-14, "and WHATEVER you ask in My name, that will i do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I WILL DO IT!"
Remember, Jesus again told us in Matthew 18 vs 18, "Assuredly, I say to you, WHATEVER you bind on earth will be bound in heaven and WHATEVER you loose on earth, will be loosed in heaven."
The problem a lot of people have is ignorance and laziness...we must learn to study the Word of God always and pray. Pray without ceasing, we must not be on our knees always to pray..we can pray while driving, cleaning, washing etc. Just worship God sing songs of praise to Him, declaring who God has made you to be all the time. We must also speak in tongues. If you are born again, you ought to speak in tongues because, Jesus said so...see Mark 16 vs 17.
When you speak in tongues you edify yourself, meaning you build yourself up...and you are speaking to God directly and not to man. Learn to trust God, cast all your worries to Him and believe...Remember God said, He will never leave us nor forsake us...Deuteronomy 31 v 6, Hebrews 13 v 5.

"All things are working together for your good"..Romans 8 v 28. Refuse to worry, if God is for you, who can ever be against you? You are an overcomer, you are more than a conqueror..cheer up, square your shoulders, put a spring on your step and walk in victory for Jesus said we should cheer up for He has overcome the world!

The Blood Of Jesus Speaks!

God asked Cain in Genesis 4:10, "What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood cries out to me from the ground." (this was after Cain killed Abel his brother).

Then Hebrews 12:24 says, "to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that SPEAKS better things than that of Abel."  

Blood speaks (note the present tense)! Blood has a voice n God hears it too. So what blood speaks for you today? And what does that blood say for you? The blood of Jesus speaks for me and It speaks 'love, mercy, forgiveness, sanctification, justification, righteousness, victory, prosperity, success, free from curses, peace, acceptance, and every other good thing.' Thank You Father for the blood of Jesus that was shed for me. #seeJesus#

The Banquet Hall!

In Luke chapter 14 verse 16-24 about a certain man that prepared a great banquet and invited many saying, "come, for all things are now ready"...all of them gave one excuse or another, refusing to go.   It was either their jobs, tasks, marriage, etc..that kept them from attending the banquet.  Finally, the man sent his servant to to the street and get the beggars, the poor, the lame, blind, and mostly the rejects of the society to come for the banquet and they did.

So what's your excuse? Why will be your reason for turning down the invitation of Jesus today? You are not ready? Christianity a cliche? You think maybe tomorrow? Whatever the case is, do not harden your heart when Jesus calls for you, tomorrow may just be too late for you.  Come and Feast on God's table..there's plenty prepared just for you, because God Loves You!
